  • Intrepid Geophysics have created a set of products that add value to the previously generated Total Magnetic Intensity (TMI) Grid of Australia 2019 - seventh edition, produced by Geoscience Australia. These products enhance the interpretability of the original data and allow additional and novel insight into the regions covered. Intrepid Geophysics have created these products using its propriety Intrepid software.

  • PIMS, or the Petroleum Information Management System, is a database that keeps track of 376 000 seismic survey tapes and 2 800 petroleum well logs housed at the National Archives facility, at Chester Hill (formerly Villawood), Sydney - the largest tape archive in the southern hemisphere. PIMS is managed by AGSO's Petroleum Resources Program, which was formerly part of the Bureau of Resource Sciences. The survey tapes and well logs are basic data from petroleum exploration. They are loged under the Petroleum (Submerged Lands) Act, and are publicly available as a stimulus to further exploration.

  • The Australian Regional GPS Network (ARGN) consists of 15 permanent geodetic quality GPS receivers, on geologically stable marks, in Australia and its Territories, with the stations within Australia known as the Australian Fiducial Network (AFN). The AFN provides the fundamental framework for spatial data in Australia, through the GDA94 (see <a href="http://www.icsm.gov.au/gda/">www.icsm.gov.au/gda/</a> for more information on GDA94). The Antarctic sites also provide the fundamental framework for the Australian Antarctic Geodetic Network. The data from these sites is used by Geoscience Australia's Space Geodesy Analysis Centre to compute precise positions and to monitor the Earth's Pole position, the Earth's gravity field, and tectonic motion. The data is automatically contributed to the International GPS Service (IGS) and is available on Geoscience Australia's website for other use (<a href="http://www.ga.gov.au/bin/data_server/">www.ga.gov.au/bin/data_server/</a>) The GPS data is recorded at the ARGN sites at 30 second epochs and is available in Receiver Independent Exchange (Rinex) format. This data is available from Geoscience Australia's WWW within a few hours of the end of the GMT day of observation. Performance statistics and other related information is available.

  • This dataset reflects the boundaries of those Indigenous Land Use Agreements (ILUA) that have entered the notification process or have been registered and placed on the Register of Indigenous Land Use Agreements (s199A, Native Title Act; Commonwealth). This is a national dataset. Aspatial attribution includes National Native Title Tribunal number, Name, Agreement Type, Proponent, Area and Registration Date.

  • This dataset reflects the boundaries of claimant and nonclaimant native title applications that have been determined in part or in full, together with attribution about that determination. This dataset is stored nationally. The National Native Title Register (s192, Native Title Act, Commonwealth), is a register containing information about each determination of native title by the Federal or High Court or by a recognized State or Territory body. Determinations are categorized by both process and outcome. Process will be by consent, litigation or unopposed. Outcome will be that native title will have been found to exist in full or part, or been extinguished. Those determinations subject to appeal are also noted.

  • This dataset depicts the boundaries of native title representative body areas. Boundary data has been compiled by NNTT based on reference material sourced from the Department of Families, Housing, Community Services and Indigenous Affairs (FaHCSIA) and spatial data sourced from Geoscience Australia, Department of Natural Resources and Water, Qld, Sinclair Knight Merz Pty Ltd and the National Native Title Tribunal.
