As part of the process to calibrate the ALS50 in the Navajo and in conjunction with the town mapping program, an area containing Blayney and its surrounds was selected for a LiDAR survey. The purpose of the survey was to calibrate the sensor in the new plane as well as obtaining flood plain management data for Blayney Shire Council.
