This bookmark provides an overall view of Data Governance at Geoscience Australia (GA). It is designed to be distributed internally and assist new starters and staff in general to find resources to aid in Data Governance. <br /> It covers:<br />The Framework, Principles and Policies that underpin Data Governance in GA<br />Guidelines and Procedures for publishing products via the Data & Publication Search (eCat)<br />The roles and responsibilities of GA staff in regards to data management<br />Contacts for assistance<br />The Science Data and Information lifecycle overview<br /> Hyperlinks contained within the digital version attached will direct staff to the above listed topics to facilitate the discovery, usability and re-usability of data within Geoscience Australia. A hyperlinked version can also be located on the Data Governance & Policy intranet page (https://intranet.ga.gov.au/records-and-data/data-policy-informatics/data-governance) and in TRIM (D2021-9113).
