L0097 Merimbula

The coverage of this dataset is over the Merimbula region . The MKP ( Model Key Points ) data set contains thinned point cloud data in LAS 1.2 format derived from a LiDAR ( Light Detection and Ranging ) C3 point cloud from an ALS50 ( Airborne Laser Scanner ) system . The MKP are produced using a maximum of 10m point spacing and point density is increased when geographic features are greater than 0.15m. The model is not fully developed with regard to hydrological data . Purpose: To provide an authoritative ALS terrain dataset to support the development industry standards in a variety of governmental , research and industrial uses . Additional lineage information: Standard ALS products are processed to ICSM standards level C3 . This data has an accuracy of 0.3m 95 confidence horizontal .
