Geocoded National Address File - File Geodatabase
<p>The Geocoded National Address File - File Geodatabase is an ESRI file format of PSMA’s version of G-NAF. The data has been transformed by Geoscience Australia from a Pipe Separated Value (PSV) format to support users of ESRI file-geodatabase format.
<p>G-NAF is Australia’s authoritative, geocoded address file and contains the physical address records for all states and territories of Australia, including Christmas Island, Cocos (Keeling) Islands, Jervis Bay and Norfolk Island.

Using the latest version of G-NAF acquired from PSMA and supplied in zipped Pipe Separated Value (PSV) format, the data is processed using custom Feature Manipulation Engine (FME) scripts developed by Geoscience Australia. The process includes the extraction and re-formatting of features for each State and Territory to ESRI Feature Classes and translated to a schema created by, National Location Information Branch, Geoscience Australia.
